Its an ok place but I see more and more young people around. Not just 55 and older anymore. Too many renters. Lots of new homes going on so Im sure there will be more renters. Lot fee goes up every year and we get nothing more for it.

Not as nice as it used to be. Management is not keeping up with the maintenance. Very disappointing.

Manager Heather is very nice and receptive to our needs. They are doing nice improvements to the infrastructure and golf course. However drainage during spring rains is poor. I do not like having to pay for Comcast when I do not use the service.

The office staff has no idea what they are doing. Not only has my grandmother and aunt had issues with the staff and management, but I recently have as well. Trying to reserve the hall included mixed communication from the same woman with what ended up being false information. Now cancelled our event a week prior to. Do not have yourself, family, or friends live here or book an event at their clubhouse until they find new employees.
