Amazing Golf Course

When out on the course we asked the cart girl if she takes cards and her response was yes. We got our drinks and snacks and she too our card. However she did not explain that she personally could not take cards but that she would have to take it to the club house and we would have to remember to grab it. Not helpful. Thats the last thing you want to try and remember at the end of a round. The obvious happened. We forgot the card. When we called to ask them to send it to us in the mail they said they couldnt for security purposes. They needed an ID. We said we would email them a picture of our ID. They said nope. No helpful. Get a better system that is beneficial for people spending way too much money at your facility. Your cart girl never should have said SHE takes cards. Now we have to drive an hour back to a course that has an inconvenient system or cancel our card and wait for a new one to arrive. Its 2020. We can do better people.
