I used to love this course with it's sweeping views of the Ko'olau and Waianae mountain ranges as well as Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, and all of Honolulu.. The layout and design of the course is fantastic for both the beginner and seasoned player, with lots of character and risk/reward options to choose from. Unfortunately... they have let the course maintenance slip on by them. The greens are just horrendous now. Patchy and diseased is the best way to describe them. The bunkers are a close second in disparity. Barren circles of red dirt is a better description of them. The golf carts are barely alive, which I believe are the same gas powered ones I remember using 15 years ago when I first played there. It's a travesty that a course with this much potential has fallen into something more like a municipal course than a once highly sought after gem. The new owners need to fork over more money to finish the dream of this country club that was envisioned a few decades ago... sad day

Excellent condition. View if Diamond Head from tee or green of every hole.
