We had the best time Kapalua bay golf course, challenging yet so fun for our experience. Aaron at the bay golf course shop answered all our questions and gave us the best advice he had to offer! We cant wait to come back!

We planned for 1 year to go play this course. Our foursome teed off at 10:30 for what we hoped we be an experience of a life time. Unfortunately the service there was deplorable. We played 18 holes without ever having the opportunity to get any food or even a bottle of water. There was no beverage cart, and no one manning the beverage stand both times we went through the tunnel. After about the 10 hole we called the club house as well as spoke to 3 different marshals on the course. Their answer to our needs was to else us they were slow so they let them go home....? I would think paying the premium prices they charge would allow for the 'slow' days they might have to be able to afford service staff. I flew 2500 miles to stay 2 days in Maui just to golf there. I can tell you I have spent 20.00 at a municipal course and had the best customer service you could ever hope for...let it be known that after about our 5th complaint the marshal on the course gave us permission to take the golf carts to the local grocery store to get some water and food, and that we wouldn't be in trouble for slowing the pace of play....has anyone ever heard of such a thing? We asked at one point if someone could just bring some hot dogs out, however their answer to that was, they didn't have any hot dog wrappers left...lol...There are so many great places to golf on Maui. Don't waste your money there! Just my warning!! With clubs, I paid 286.00 for the worst golf experience of my life...

Had a good experience at this course. Beautiful views, especially on the back nine. The pace of play was a little slow at times.

Course is not well maintained. Greens are hammered, long and thus slow, like the pace of play. I've played nicer tracks for less $$ in HI. Beautiful scenery, though, hence the extra 2
