This is a must do on Kauai! Not only is it a fun and challenging mini golf course, but its set in the middle of a botanical gardens! Every hole has informative signs that tell you about traditions and culture, but some other signs along the way to tell you about the history of the island and how Kauai got its diverse ecology. Its very well maintained and we enjoyed every minute. Plus there is a drink/coffee/alcohol bar and taco truck. For families there is a brand new park and skate park next door. I highly recommend this for everyone! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!!

Spent a fun morning with my wife golfing and viewing the gardens. The holes and gardens have some info boards with history and descriptions of the plants. Very casual and relaxed. We were the first on the course in the morning yet the greens were littered with dirt, rocks and other debris or I'd give it 5 stars. Would recommend for families or just relaxed couples.

Such a beautiful and fun activity! The mini golf course is engulfed in beautiful scenery in the garden itself! Each hole had some fun facts and education about the plants in Hawaii and even had some growing! It was very clean, and staff were super friendly! It is def not your average mini golf experience but so much more! They also have a yummy snack bar and drinks!

There's a lot to this place - botanical gardens, a skate park, putt-putt, a chocolate factory, a yard decorations store, good vendors, and apparently they do fire shows some days. It's very pretty and the golfing is fun. They also have alcoholic shaved ice with award winning flavors, and they really are very good. I had an apple pie one that tasted just like that.

I love supporting local business. It's well done, with a botanical garden within an 18 hole course. My dad and I had a lot of fun. Did not enjoy the parents with two screaming toddlers. Not the fault of the facility! Enjoyed the different signs at each hole offering information about Hawaii. My favorite holes, 16 & 17 had lots of bamboo, especially colorful was the 'red lipstick' bamboo. Looking forward to a rematch with my dad.

We played putt putt, had snacks, beers and lunch. Lovely views, clean game area. Clean restroom. We really enjoyed our visit.

So our group decided to give this place only 4 stars for a few reasons. They do not allow you to bring any water in the course and there were no drinking spots on the course and we were super thirsty! But on the positive side the course is really nice and well maintained. Be careful though there are water hazards and your ball will go in them! We had a snack at the food truck located on property and it was really good! All in all a fun place to take the family and enjoy the beautiful botanical garden that the course is located on.

Update. August 31 2019. Went to play while on the island. So unhappy. Only played to the 9th hole. The course was so unkempt and the greens had a fair about of debris on them. We asked for our money back. It doesn't look like the gardener is taking caree off the plants. They tried to blame it in the chickens. Do chickens break signs? they're was maintained that should have been done... lights down, signs laying on ground... 1st review from 2018 .This hands down was the most enjoyable place I've ever mini golfed. The island magazine even had a discount ticket for b1g1 free. I would do again. And since we're going back in August I am looking forward to it. If you enjoy plants at all this is like playing in a botanical garden. We don't have mini golf like this in Arizona.

This trail is about a 5 mile loop and you can either walk or bike it. The facility has bikes and helmets available to rent, free parking, and well maintained public restrooms. There is no cost to enter the trail, but you do have to sign a one time waiver. The trail is well maintained and marked and overall easy. The stone dam and garden are beautiful. There's some benches within and overlooking the garden and can be great spots to relax or picnic. Highly recommend!

Fun, competitive course in a beautiful setting. One round of 18 holes is a bit expensive per person ($18.50 when we went I think), but the funds help upkeep the greenery around each hole. There is a coffee and snack shop in the clubhouse. And, on certain nights the grounds next to the course host food trucks and live music.

Most fun I had while strolling through a botanical garden, anywhere. Challenging course, with amazing flora. Plenty of native species of plants to enjoy. Pleasant smells and very entertaining course. I bought my son a stuffed animal, in the gift shop. Which soon became his all time favorite. Its been several years and that turtle still is his first choice. The concessions had some decent offerings, amazing fruit, when in Rome... As the saying goes... Not only highly recommend the trip, but will return when I'm next island side. Aloha!

Was a little skeptical but I gave it a shot...absolutely had a blast! The gardens were beautiful, learned about all the tropical plants while enjoying a round of putt putt...then we finished it off with dinner. The taro burger was delicious. Would highly recommend it for the whole family, loads of fun, educational for all and great food!! Try the taro burger and iced Americano coffee!

I couldn't believe how beautiful this mini golf course is! Appreciated the plant descriptions and the plentiful ponds of lilly pads and koi fish. It was awesome to golf in the garden and also see little lizards :)

Beautiful mini golf course with a very informative Hawaiian botanical garden (plants from all the peoples who originally populated the islands). The course itself is challenging and the staff very friendly. The shave ice was good, too.

I plainly told the employee at the register that I WAS NOT playing, and was CHARGED anyway. Not every one wants to stand in the hot sun and hit balls!!!! I was there to accompany the party that I was with, but I DID NOT WANT TO PLAY. there's no reason to have to be so corporate and greedy. So you can get 1 star from me.

Nicest mini golf I've experienced. Beautiful scenery all around as well the history of Hawaii at every hole. The park and chocolate factory just across the parking lot is a major plus would recommend for families!

Best family with small children stop. From the mini golf, to the yummy gelato, and the playground! Everything is so beautiful and well maintained. Free mini gold for kamaaina on sundays. But they do PUSH you to tip.

GREAT outdoor game the whole family or group of friends can enjoy. While competing, taking in the fresh tropical air and soaking up some vitamin D there are also beverages and food available. A quick sandwich, bottled water, expression and much more are available at the snack shop. Have a seat under the large covered patio and enjoy some Thai food or your snacks or both.The miniature golf course is surrounded by a jungle of Hawaiian plants. The plants are labeled with name and a brief description. Very educational too.Go and enjoy a day relaxing, learning, exercising, socializing and having fun. You deserve it!
