The wife and I were on the course and a greens keep named Terry came by us on a 4 wheeler he was smoking pot....the wife was very upset ..we are not renewing our membership!! Watch out for the stoners and dopers on the course

Hard to find but once you do you won't be disappointed with the condition and layout. Really nice clubhouse as well.

We have had several company functions out here and it is always spectacular. The entire place is gorgeous and the grounds are very well kept. Service at the bar is good and the food is always wonderful!

Such an amazing club! A full day of fun by the pool, then a wonderful dinner from Chef Aaron, finished with a night game of basketball with the kids. Memories made for years to come.

The most scenic and challenging golf in Georgia. #17 par 3 is the second best par three I've ever played. Trump National in CA is #1. I've played here 6-7 times over four years and the course always in great shape. Great practice facilities too. The food and service is outstanding. We also rented a cottage on one stay and it was fantastic.

Such a beautiful place, it's a shame they can't hire an decent security guard. Roy threatened to keep me from getting to a job just because I had to go around a gate he failed to open on time. What a sad employee.

We cannot express enough about how absolutely beautiful and serene Currahee Club is ! There is literally not a bad view from anywhere in the community - instead the magnificient mountain and peaceful lake views are jaw dropping! The residents are incredibly welcoming and down to earth. Every member of their staff (from the Main Office, to the Golf Club, to the Bartenders and Dining Room) are amazingly accommodating and make you feel that they are happy to have you there. For the past few years, we had been casually looking at different Golf/Lake Communities in the Lake Lanier area but there was always an element missing. We came across Currahee Club during an online search and were curious to learn more about Lake Hartwell and what it had to offer. We decided to book a Discovery Tour and simply check it out. We unexpectedly fell in love with every aspect and every corner of Currahee Club - so much so, that much to our amazement we purchased a lot that very weekend. We cannot wait to build and soon call Currahee Club our home !!! We would highly recommend that anyone looking for a community that offers 'it all' check this community out !
