Clinton Garrett
Elberton is lagging behind on cool parks. The first park we went to the toilets were locked and all the playground equipment was in the sun. Hot plastic isn't very inviting. The second park mc Williams was nice however you would have to sit a distance away from the children. There were no facilities close by like a drinking fountain or toilets. I was very disappointed.
