Course was in horrible shape. Clumps of weeds on tee boxes, hard to tell where some of the fairways were. Greens have multiple dead spots. Course is not coming back as stated in other reviews. Green frees are reasonable, but not worth it at any price.

Play was fast. Hooked up with very nice Canadian couple. Greens need work. Starter told us that were redoing greens this year

Horrible!!! I travel to Florida a few times a year to golf with friends. This year we decided to stay in Winter Haven and try some courses near Tampa and locally. Cypresswood we tried and it is awful. I don't like reviews but if you like golf DO NOT TRY THIS GOLF COURSE!! Greens are shameful...I mean the worst I've ever experienced, bunkers are not maintained whatsoever, and your backyard is probably in better shape. Maybe an ok course if you never played and wanted to try knocking it around. I had a bad feeling when the staff and players were wearing ripped up jeans on the property. I do have to say staff was pleasant, otherwise I would give zero stars if I was able. Save yourself the trip, go to another course!!
