Amazing Golf Course

Recently and friend of mine and I decided to give the ladies a break from the kids and took them here to golf with us. The staff were super welcoming which I was worried because we had 4 with us ranging from 5 to 8 years old. They even allowed us to bring coolers out so we weren't dropping a ton of money to keep kids hydrated. Super nice and challenging course that doesn't hurt the pocket. This course will be my go to course in Tallahassee for life.

I really had my hopes up for a great experience at this club. My first time playing here and I had heard it was really improving. Maybe so but I don't have a previous experience to compare. Positives: the fairways are in good shape; the check in was simple, quick, and friendly; the layout is great; it has a lot of potential. Most but not all of the greens were great. Negatives: several of the greens have serious issues; several of the tee boxes were very thin and a couple were almost all dirt (gold tees); water coolers weren't refreshed and one I tried to use on the back nine had a broken valve. It was almost empty and we were playing a 9 a.m. tee time. Not good when playing in 90+ degree temps. These coolers also weren't in secure racks, leaving them vulnerable. The roughs were more like natural areas where dead limbs were down and piles of debris hadn't been removed in a long time. Really, the attention to detail just wasn't there.

Great golf course to play, I ended up buying a memebership and it has been well worth it. I can tell they are making a lot of improvements to the course which is making it much nicer to play on from the greens to the cart paths. Come play here at least once and see what its all about, especially with the 15-17 holes.

All staffs work hard to improve the golfcourse condition. Although there are much sands on greens and fairways, condition of the course is better than last summer. I love playing this course.
