I have no problems here. But the women golf drivers need to slow down and show respect. The men drivers are great, they wave and are polite. Women somewhere feel they're entitled.

Riverside ClubFirst, its a gated 45+ community and I feel safe here. Yes, I live there so I am a little bias. I love living here. I will get rid of the bad first. I hate the politics that go on in here. It takes maintenance a long time to get things done just like anywhere else. They cater to the people who are not full timers and I dont know why, but other than that I love living here. I wanted to buy a place that was in a more rural place and that I can do anything here. I can fish, golf, boat and go to the bar. The restaurant that has a beautiful view of the river when they trim the bushes, lol. if you get bored here it is your own fault. They have shuffleboard, indoor basketball, bocce ball, tennis and all the other stuff. Too much to list. Our main clubhouse is beautiful. There are pool tables, movie theater, gym, libraries computer room, sauna and lot of poker tables. Dont tell the wife that she think they play bridge. A beautiful commercial kitchen for you to use when you are having a lot of people for the holidays oh with a huge room to throw your partys if you want. The pool is fantastic! Its huge with a nice jacuzzi for relaxing! At the at the other end of property is another beautiful clubhouse with a bar and restaurant, big room for partys, same as the other clubhouse rec room and a kitchen for your large party. In front of you there is a marina for you boat with great piers and great boat ramp. There is another pool there so if you want cocktail while lounging in a smaller pool with hot tub. Its great!

we tried to sell our home in riverside through the office at riverside. they never showed it and would never get back to us. we fell for the 'special for residents' but that was a waste! we sold our home through someone NOT IN THE OFFICE and this broker did not give up until they sold our home! they called and kept us informed on showings and they don't sell new homes like the office! if you want to sell your home in riverside club, don't let the office sell it!

Nice 55+ community. Nice to buy. We canceled our sale because of the mandatory monthly $800+ lot fee after paying for our in full with cash. We would lose everything off one of us got sick and couldn't pay the exorbitant lot fee for the privilege to have our paid for home sit on the parks small plot of land. We'd be thrown out on the street and forced to sell our home at a great great loss. We're elderly and no telling if and when we'd get sick enough to be forced to vacate our paid for home for the inability to pay the$800+ lot fee. We would be forced to both get jobs while on Social Security! Very nice but forced to take too much of a gamble on our future. Not for us. Looking elsewhere.

I was visiting family and took advantage of the facilities. The Riverside golf course is very well maintained and a joy to play. The prices were very reasonable. I could tell that the grounds crew has been working very hard to improve areas of the course that must have been previously under distress. One critique I have is the sand traps, they we're like concrete. I enjoyed my round and the pace of play was great, I was never held up by a slow group during my round.

Me and my wife just bought a house in Riverside, this place is Beautiful. We can't wait to get back down there at the end of October. Can't wait to meet some more people and make some new friends. Everyone we met so far was Great.

Don't believe a word that the sales staff and office tells you. They will promise and selectively forget that they promised. The community is great the people are great. Just getting through the horrendously poor customer service and fraudulent sales process is extremely agrevating and stressful.
