Not totally upscale but course is always in good shape with reasonable afternoon rates. Play can be slow with the many snowbirds.

Poor tee time system, if you close early due to rain you should update your call center, that I'd put of the state of Texas, that makes your online and phone call tee times.

Course layout is nice but now in February they are charging more and the greens are not good. If I have to pay more I expect good greens.
