Take your Realtor on your first visit to the builder or lose your right to Realtor representation. Remember, sellers pay buyer's broker compensation so don't go alone, call your realtor or licensed real estate professional to accompany you to the builder or to view all the re-sales. Active, beautiful golf course with friendly staff.
