I take advantage of summer rates and visit golf courses out of my budget during high season. Miami Shores is an excellent course, for mid to high handicappers (my group) with plenty of challenges when hitting from the rough. Greens in very good conditions. This is a gem. If in town and weather permits, it's a must stop!

Fantastic golf course. The staff was friendly, great practice area, range, putting green, etc. Mostly elevated greens, a rarity for South Florida, which were in superb condition. The layout is quirky and its easy to get confused the first time you play because youll drive hundreds of yards to get to the next tee box on some holes. It doesnt take away from the course, however. Each hole presents its own challenges and uniqueness; another rarity for SFLA. Worth every penny.

A well maintained course with plenty of training amenities. The course overall is in pretty good condition for the price. Note, the greens are very fast, especially on the back nine. The only issue I experienced was that they didn't have enough golf carts during a busy Saturday afternoon. As a result, I had to carry everything from my car to the staging area, which was pretty far considering the parking lot was full and all the way on the other side. Minor issue, overall a great experience.

Enjoy a beautiful scenery while you sit and eat a deliciously prepared meal.. The salmon was extremely fresh and very tasty. You don't have to be a member to enjoy the restaurant.Love the place #BAM!

Beautiful views, tasty food, below average service. Servers were pleasant, but extremely inefficient. They 'auctioned off' our food. We were a table of 2 & the server brought our plates out and announced each dish, so we had to tell him which was ours. I noticed that the servers did this at all of the tables. Doesn't anyone train them? They should know who gets what dish, especially when there are only 2 people at a table. Although this is typical Miami service, it's extremely annoying & a venue like this should offer better, professional service. Of course, since the tip is automatically added, there's no incentive to give good service.

Used there hall -After making sure every detail was perfect - person in charged didnt check details and really messed up - putting confusion on guest and party! Not fair!! not fair you pay so much for $$$ the hall to enjoy and then you cant even take food home- bs excuse

As well as having a clean establishment, the club offers numerous choices of food and drinks. My favorite drink is the Sour Apple Martini and favorite salad, the seared Tuna.

I had my wedding here, the place was beautiful and the service was amazing. Resa is so attentive and was great to work with! The servers were amazing sweet and the food was delicious!!! Thank you Miami shores country club for making my wedding beautiful

Loudest course Ive ever been to. The trash piled up on the water smells awful. The layout is all over the place. They nickel and dime you. I do not recommend going here

Been to so many events here, and although it's slightly outdated, I would easily choose this venue over others based on pure convenience. Here you have amble parking with optional free valet service, and it's very centralized. The view of the golf course doesn't hurt either. #miamishores

Moderately challenging course. Usually in great conditions. Nice driving range (lit at night) and practice areas - putting green, chipping green, sand practice area all right up front. Just upgraded their carts.Great value on rates, even in busy season. Sufficient clubhouse/locker room, and nice bar lounge. Negatives: no Ranger, can be a bit of an anything goes experience without someone policing everyones pace and etiquette. I have only had 2 issues with the group behind us hitting up on us, and I have played it many times. It would just be nice if you could call the clubhouse and have a ranger come out to mediate those situations, rather than risk a confrontation yourself as the guest. Only one beverage/snack cart driving around without any sense of direction. Its always like this, youre lucky if you catch it.

A blast from the past. Nostalgic atmosphere hasn't changed much since the 1950s. Food was good but nothing out of this world.

I went here last Saturday for a banquet award ceremony for women of worth for the wow Awards it was a really great setting Not only was a country club extravagant had several different banquet rooms or meeting rooms the tables were decorated beautifully in the back where I view was it was like panoramic windows so we were able to see the entire golf course and everybody enjoying their Saturday playing golf beautiful Lush greens the food was delicious the service was impeccable and our room was filled to capacity and it was still very spacious definitely a place that if you're looking to have a banquet a reception award ceremony any type of special occasion that you want to be a little classy this is Stephanie place to look to have it they even the waiting area in the lobby was photo picturesque very nice different things to actually look into this place gets 10 stars for me cuz it's actually a wonderful setting beautiful surroundings and they have plenty of space for whatever event you're trying to host.

We are from out of town and when we come to N Miami we go for dinner and drinks on Friday night. Also recently celebrated my uncle's 50th wedding anniversary at one of the rooms at the shores. Everything was great including food, drinks and service. One minor note-the bartender was not very friendly or helpful.

Great place for meeting friends and having a scrumptious meal or just drinks at the bar. The view of the golf course while you enjoy the inside music is also very nice. If you've got a designated driver have the bartender Curtis fix you his famous Long Island Ice Tea! Of course they also play golf there..

Though I was there for a very sad occasion, I have to say as an Event Planner during my career, the Miami Shores Country Club did a wonderful job. The decor was simple yet elegant and the food was top notch. I would highly recommend this location for any event they might want to hold.
