The Preserve Golf Course has new management under Roy Painter and Matt Watkins! The course is under transition. It once looked like a neglected horse pasture, now has green fairways and tight greens! The Del Webb designed course is located right on Route 200 just outside of Dunnellon and Ocala. Open to the public daily. Call for a tee time today! You wont be disappointed by this gem in the re-making!

Nice layout and nice greens but that's about it . The fairways were very poor as were the tees . It would need the fairways completely relaid.

I went to play here based on the number of positive reviews. I'm not sure if the course conditions have deteriorated greatly over the last few months, but I found the course to be in terrible shape from tee to green and everything in between. It is a shame about the condition, because the course has a great layout. I will give it another shot next year, hopefully the conditions improve.
