Well-maintained course, pleasant help, pro shop very well-stocked

You can see that this course is fair but challenging WHEN IN SHAPE, but I cannot ignore the fact that this course has OBVIOUSLY seen better days. Not sure what they are doing with the fairways, but they were oddly 'white' in lots of areas, and the same confusion goes for the tee boxes because they are either lost and let go or are being treated because they are chewed up. The plus though is that the greens (16/18) were very well maintained and rolled very true. Had it not been for them I would have given the course 1-star. Lovely layout with lots of character - I will definitely be back once they fix these issues. Great little hidden gem of central Florida as soon as they get the ship back on-course.

You can't beat this course for the price and quality of maintenance that they provide.The course is mostly open but can be challenging at times with slight elevation changes.I've been going to Swiss Fairways since it was only 9 holes. Over the years the course has had its ups and downs but under the newer management I think the course is in the best shape its been in a really long time. The greens are in really good shape and the fairways seem to be in decent shape and they are currently overhauling some tee boxes and the driving range. This is my go to course when I'm in the Clermont Groveland area.
