I got paired with a gentleman last week who is clearly on meth and was talking/ arguing with himself. Not only that, he continued to hit up on the group in front of us several times, and didn't put in proper rotation. He knew no etiquette he only knew how to be a rather rude distraction. I called the pro shop after the 3rd hole that I played and expressed my discontent with my 'playing partner', they told me 'I'm sorry it's Saturday' . I asked them if there was any way to get a rain check, or split me off from the group to no Avail. Not only that, I called 2 days in a row to try to speak with the head pro to no Avail as well. I called 5 times in 3 days. When I got an answer back from the golf course today, an employee said that Keith told him there's nothing he could do about the situation, it's Saturday and slow play is going to happen. I wasn't complaining about slow play, my only complaint was about the behavior that my 'playing partner' was displaying on course. I'm disappointed at how the head pro conducted himself as far as not offering a comp round, or ANY resolution. I myself work at a golf course, and we would never allow this type of goings on to happen at our facility. So much for Customer Service...

I tried this course out for the first time having heard good things. Unfortunately it wasnt a very pleasant experience. We were harassed by one of the workers, Mike S throughout our play. He first came up to us and complained about how we parked our cart and said he wouldCome take it if we did that again (all we did was park on a slope), then he proceeded to follow us around for the last 4 holes and make strange comments. He then decided to harass us while we putted on both of the last 2 holes and pull the flags as we were actually putting and before we even teed off on the last hole. Ive golfed at a lot of courses and never been treated like this. I would save your time and money and go to Flatirons, Haystack, Omni or one of the many other great courses around here that don't harass players. Awful.

Twin Peaks has a great range and has taken really solid measures for staff and guest safety with covid. Range was social distant compliant and I felt safe!
