I have to say that this is one of the most beautiful golf courses I have ever seen in my life. I don't play golf myself other than miniature golf, but I did used to follow the game a long time ago. So I've seen my fare share of golf courses from around the world. And some of them are absolutely beautiful. But to me, none are as stunning as Arrowhead Golf Course. The first time I saw it, some 30 years ago, it took my breath away. This last time I saw it, which was last week, it almost brought a tear to my eye, on account that the houses around it are overcrowding it. It made me wonder, how long until Arrowhead Golf Course is no longer around? How long until that whole area is overcrowded with housing that no one will be able to visit the site to see it's beauty?

Amazing and most beautiful course I have played. Very challenging but well kept fairways and greens alongside the picturesque views and red rocks. Would absolutely recommend and play again

Attended a wine and food pairing evening. Excellent food. Great service. Truly enjoyable evening. The food at Arrowhead has improved substantially in recent months. We have had several meals, all excellent. The chef and food service manager are excelling at creating a fabulous dining experience

Yes the views are great. But the course needs some serious help. The bunkers are terrible. No sand just mud and dirt. The greens are atrocious. Slow and bumpy. Never rolls true. Plus the General Manager is a complete douche! He tried to start a fight with me at Buffalo Wild Wings because he over heard me say the greens were terrible. No class Steve Black.If your going to spend the money go to bear dance. Much better course and way better people. Boycott arrowhead golf!

The views are epic the golf is outstanding...... But tough. The people are great. The service is top shelf. Did I mention the views are EPIC???? THE neighbors and neighborhood is where everyone should want to live

My best friend got married here and it was absolutely the most beautiful wedding. The planner made sure everyone was where they needed to be, kept us on time, and the site is just beautiful. The food was great, service was excellent and everyone just overall had a great time. The only thing I can possible say is that I wish there was a bigger room for the bride and bridal party to hang out in.

Such a beautiful course. One of the prettiest Ive been to in Colorado. If you are hosting friends/family from out of town, book a tee time here - they will be in awe the entire time. Staff is friendly and they keep the course in good shape year round. Highly recommend!

Golf course was great but slow and loud. Service was horrible. Concessions had no food for the week I played; yes the week. Course allows loud music while golfing so bring your ear plugs. Club is more interested in banquets than golfers.

Its one of my favorites places to have fun and eat peacefully. Walking around the golf course when it isnt crowded helps me meditate and get deep into nature. The panorama is wonderful

Had a wonderful round at Arrowhead. Booked as a single about 30 days ahead which was nice, because this place is busy. They had a cool deal that you could get a shirt balls and a couple drinks for a few dollars more....All the staff were great and answered the few questions I had about the course. Make sure you have a full battery or a charger cord because you will kill a phone with all the pictures you are going to take. The views for this Florida boy were beautiful. A must see and play if in Colorado.

This place is beautiful! The atmosphere is so relaxing and the vistas will have you stopping mid game to admire the surroundings. It's a classy place hands down. There's a bar, a restaraunt, and a store for golf gear and souvenirs.

We attended a wedding here recently and couldn't have loved it more. The staff were awesome, veiws amazing, and the course itself gorgeous. Super great time, even had a deer walk up to us while on the course. If interested in scheduling a wedding here totally go for it, was awesome! Totally recommend the place, the staff made it super great especially.

Very pretty course. Prepare to play a 5+ hour round. They booked 4 foursomes to tee off within 27 minutes of each other. At 1 point all 4 groups were on the same hole, #7. This forced us to skip 7-8-9 and leapfrog to 10 to just 'try' and actually play golf as opposed to waiting on the tee box for 20 minutes at a time. At $170 per round, it was poorly time managed causing the experience to be sub par. The 3 stars are for the scenic rock formations.

Beautiful course but very challenging on the front 9 in particular. Back 9 is nestled in the red rocks and cant beat the view from the 13th hole. Have good twilight rates but hard to finish 18. Highly recommend.

This is an absolutely stellar golf course. Extremely challenging so come ready to score higher than usual, but the views are certainly unique to one course on Earth. I was so busy looking at the scenery, I didnt even know what my score was on 18 - ended with a 92 as a 12 HDCP. Staff was great but things could have been more organized. When we got the Red Rocks package, they didnt have shirts in any normal sizes, so we ended up with much cheaper hats. The starts do a great job getting people off in order, but sometimes they should just let people off to speed things up. The price is extremely fair at $160 at prime times and $60 at its lowest. Every single course on Kiawah island is $150-180 and premiere courses can reach $300-500. I would pay $200 to play this course so its definitely worth the asking price. Ive probably sounded to critical cause this is an amazing course I would love to play over and over. Its not the type of challenging where you arent getting any practice in either. Rather, there a lot of target golf shots that with extreme variation from hole to hole. You could practice almost ever shot in the book in a round. Ill stop rambling on, but go play it with someone special or great friends. You wont be disappointed

Beautiful course, scenic and gorgeous. However, terrible experience. 6.5 hour round. Do not play in the afternoon. Full of hackers. Called the clubhouse, informed them of the issue, they did nothing. If youre a golfer, go elsewhere. If you want scenery, come here.

We worked with Arrowhead for a year to host a wedding reception. We had a beautiful snowy May day - see photos - and it was absolutely wonderful. Christy and staff were so expert and kind and we had a blast with them. It made for memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you all so very much !

I helped coordinate a wedding at this venue. It is a beautiful spot tucked away from heavy traffic. My problem is with the staff. I was there to help set up decor and do whatever the bride and groom wanted. The staff made multiple attempts to sabotage the work that I put in to help make their wedding day perfect. In my 3 years of coordinating weddings I have never been more disrespected by anyone let alone the staff that is supposed to be there to help and make sure the wedding goes smoothly. I didnt hear one nice thing come out of any of the banquet sprains mouths. The bar tenders were nice. I heard complaining all day and night from the staff.

We dined here for Mother's Day. The views are very pretty but the restaurant was incredibly loud, making it difficult to talk. The food variety was very good and it tasted for the most part, good. I was not at all happy about the mandatory 22% tip that was added to the bill. It was a buffet and what service there was certainly wouldn't warrant 22% for a party of five. We had to ask for drinks and for hot coffee. Meh... won;t be returning for the restaurant anytime soon.

Most uniquely scenic course in US? Possibly. Very challenging, but you'll be so taken with beauty, you'll forget it adding to your normal score. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Its beauty means it's always busy. Their packages are not too outrageously expensive and for someone coming in to play from out of town, bring (or buy) lots of balls - very tight course and you'll need them! Only disappointing part was that the GPS on the cart went out at about hole 11 (same happened to group in front of us), and the paper score card didn't have any sort of map or hole drawing on it. On at least 2 holes, we were burned by playing blind shots and losing balls or hitting into water/obstacles (course was too busy to drive ahead, look, then come back and hit). For $150/round, with unpredictable GPS, they should print a course map on the score cards, as backup (the map on the GPS also didn't work).

I purchased a gift card on 4/16 of $140 here for my husbands birthday on 4/25. Its now 4/30 and I have contacted the course three times to verify the address and thats its fine sent back. On 4/29 I was told I would get a call back at 1 pm about possibly being sent a new card or being put on a list so my husband can go before we receive the card. After not receiving a call I went ahead and called again and receive a very rude response from a employee named Steve, saying it wasnt possible to put his name on a list and that they would just try to send another one. <br/>I understand that things get lost in the mail but to respond to a paying customer the way arrowhead has is disappointing. I hope I receive the gift card some time soon so my husband can try to enjoy his experience more than mine.

Always a beautiful location for a wedding! And for golf to I suppose. The staff did an excellent job during my brother's wedding. The food was very good, the bartender was really terrific, as were the servers and the event coordinator. I wish I could remember her name because she really did a great job keeping everyone on track. Just love this venue!

Great course, but unfortunately the cart was restricted to cart path only. (Last week of June) Sadly this was a great hindrance on the pace of play and hurt the overall experience.

Loved this course. For $70 a round in the fall this was one of the most beautiful courses Ive ever seen at a great deal. Lots of animal life including deer and bears. Awesome. Course was great but the greens are about the fastest Ive ever seen.

Went for Mothers Day brunch and it was very mediocre. They did have a good variety of food in the buffet but it was set up disjointed. Had to fight the flow of people coming in to sit to get to food. The omelette bar was VERY SLOW. My biggest complaint though is they were over staffed and we had a group of teenagers standing over our table chit chatting instead of working. It was annoying and then we were forced to tip these, non working, adolescents 22%. Wont be back for brunch. Views were amazing, so may golf there!

This is the most beautiful course I've ever played. Most of the holes have the unique red rock geology throughout. The course itself is pretty forgiving, but the greens are very fast, going low will take precise approach shots to stay below the hole.
