The course is in great shape. Truly a jewel of the plains! If you haven't played there you have to plan to do so.

I have to leave the house an hour before my tee time at any Aurora course and that is the same time it takes me to be on the first tee at Tamarack. It is not unusual to be the only player on the course so it plays less than 4 hours for 18. The two tees on every hole make a big difference in how the hole plays. I like to walk but carts are always available. This is not a flat prairie course, you will play to elevated greens and tees well above the fairway or green. I dont play on weekends but the course is known for the the great weekend tournaments. Id hate to show up and have to share the course but this course offers a great golf round with no crowds.
