If you're looking for a beautiful outdoor venue to hold your event, look no further! The pavilion at Green Valley Ranch golf course is stunning and well equipped. It's stacked stone columns, vaulted/beamed ceiling and lighting makes for a gorgeous outdoor setting. There are three flat screens along one wall to play videos and sound system.as well. The food was delicious (my compliments to the chef) and both the bar and buffet line were set up at one end of the pavilion, just outside. This was important as we had between 100-115 guests and the lines for food and bar didn't interfere at all with the seated guests at tables. There is a gazebo just beyond the bar where a photo booth was set up. It was an absolute hit and again, positioned perfectly for the line that formed to have pictures taken. Diane (Event Coordinator), listens to your every wish and need. She is an expert at pulling it all together to create exactly what you envisioned it to be. Her staff couldn't have worked harder than they did. They were efficient, and so very friendly. They made each guest feel special throughout the entire evening. At the end of the evening (10pm) and as the staff began breaking down tables and chairs, etc., guests wondered out to the roaring fire pit near the pavilion. More special moments, conversations and even a little dancing and singing occurred there too. In the last three days, I've received so many texts from guests saying they'll never forget the magical evening we shared there (neither will we). By now I've lost count of the many compliments and that's exactly what anyone would hope to hear after their special occasion!This may be the first time we've used this venue, but it certainly won't be the last. I can't hardly wait to figure out the next reason to gather family and friends so I can book it again!
