I've waited 2 1/2 years for this opening. Meantime, I've had to suffer street closure, extreme filth from construction, and now, people are out mowing grass at 5:30 in the morning. While the reconstruction was for the purpose of managing water runoff, York street continues to flood near me. What a disaster. One of the reasons I bought this house was proximity to the course. Horrible.
