Good layout, but condition wasn't great. It's a fun course with interesting holes. Short game area is good, although they didn't bother putting in cups on the putting green, even with many covid friendly methods available. Range was beat up and had thin coverage.One cool thing they did was add forecaddies stationed at tricky driving holes. Great for pace of play.The two biggest issues are that the greens are infected with a patchy lighter colored grass and the ball doesn't roll well at low speed over these two types of grasses on the greens. Looks spotted. Fairways also had a lot of bare areas...basically play it as lift clean and place at all times or you could be in the fairway with a bad lie. Confusing why condition is an issue with all the covid downtime we had. Could be a 5 star course with more attention there and at the range. Maybe I'm spoiled playing TPC Colorado but it's a night and day difference.

This is a gem! Great course, and the views are some of the best in Denver. Staff is always great and the course is very well maintained. Worth every penny!
