Amazing Golf Course

Love this place! Cozy and clean

The facility is very pretty but the staff were not having a good day while we were there for a wedding. There was arguing going on and one of the staff there were supposed to be working the wedding walked out.

Ive been a member for about eight years. The course is nice and well maintained. The dining experience is still pretty bad. Details are missed all the time from food allergies, to cleaning dirty plates off the table to alcohol refills to water refills. Food allergy mistakes are big here from the kitchen to the waitress to the customer in terms of communication and accountability. The waitresses dont know whats on the food either. There is no drive for upselling or making recommendations to customers. Perhaps because of the built in tip? It feels disorganized, it feels like the waitresses and waiters arent trained well from customer service to trouble shooting. It feels like I am at Chilis. There is definitely a disconnect from management to operations. Poolside included. When we took my mother in law (new cancer survivor) to the Mothers Day Brunch, we arrived 10 minutes early and the event was running late so they had us walk back to the main doors. That was painful for my mother in law. I pray and hope this club can get it together. Eight years is a long time to wait. Extremely disappointed. Operations and training still need huge improvements.
