We just had a very terrible experience here. One week ago, we called here and made a reservation. And once we arrived, people here told us they cannot see our name in the system, saying there is nothing we can do and it is not our faults and let us go. We accepted that the unexpected happens but we need to ask a reason and apologize, which is we well deserved. (we are taking day off and drove long way to here!) All we got your name is not on the system, it is not our fault in a super rude manner. Cannot imagine how arrogant and unprofessional a service place could be. Very disappointed about this course.

Recently (as in, during the Covid crisis) I was using the putting green and went inside (with a mask) to use the toilet, only to find a large gathering of loud, drunk people, NONE of them wearing masks. They overflowed into the halls and back patio, all laughing and socializing as if there were no pandemic. UNBELIEVABLE. This place should be sued and fined for allowing it.
