Skateable but not noteworthy skatepark. The playground is good for kids both small and big. It has some cleanliness issues. The palyground is mostly shaded and my young one had a good day playing on all the stuff. If it wasn't dirty end the creepy dudes drinking at a table near the playground is maybe give it 4.
