Went with a guest pass from the Kon Tiki Inn. Front desk made me feel unwelcome!! Asked about wifi and she responded back very rude. If I was looking for a gym in pismo, I would not choose this one!

I love this gym! Especially since the remodel. They are friendly at the desk, the machines are spaced well so you're not feeling cramped. It's very clean considering how busy it can get there. I love the indoor pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. I also enjoy that is mostly an older crowd there, so you can go without feeling pressured to socialize if you're not in the mood to. It's just all over a great facility. Plus Jim at Gym is the Best!

friendly staff, good value, lots of classes, clean, racketball courts are grippy, pickle ball courts could use resurfacing but good crowd, nice pool hot tub steam room and sauna. my only complaint is how small the mens (and i assume womens) locker room is. not much they can do here because its a small building to begin with. locker room really is a drag or i would have given 5 stars.

Will never return. If you are NOT part of the 'click' they don't care about you. I have been yelled at, insulated, called names and more twice! The first I wrote off as a fluke. But the second time that was it! Both times management took the side of the 'click' who got together and lied about what happened. It ended with them smirking proud of themselves and me crying in the shower.
