What a great course. Amazing views. Course is maintained very well. I was in a fair number of bunkers and they were all consistent soft sand and none 'washed out'. I think they had just been replaced so it's possible the previous golfer just caught them in the middle of replacement.

Played the Resort Course on 3-8-20. The course was in pretty good shape except for the bunkers and where it was washed out. Greens rolled true but they were slower than I expected. Had to take off two stars for the very slow check in at the pro shop and the lack of consistency of the bunkers. Some were soft sand and others were like playing out of packed mud with a base of rocks. Tahquitz needs to remedy those bunkers.

Had a great round here. Staff was polite. We got off very early so I'm not sure how the pace of play was behind us, but we did see marshals so I'm guessing they kept things moving. Course was in great condition.

Decent course but we consistently had to wait for 2-3 groups ahead of us to tee off making for a very slow game. I normally wouldn't reduce rating for that but we didn't see a Marshall out there once, so there was no effort by the course to keep pace of play up.

The course is very well maintained and the price is hard to beat. Played the Legends course twice. Great place for straighforward driving. No hills or difficult holes, so it is a great place to play and feel good about your score.

Would be better, but they put too many people on the course. Took way too long and had to give up on the round. Course is really nice, though.

August in the desert and no water on the course? They are doing some repairs to the resort course. Not sure if from the February storms or just fixing some cart paths. Greens were in good shape, fairways were a little rough in places, but generally pretty good. Sand traps were awful. Not dressed, not raked. Several had 5-6 inches of loose sand in them. Never dressed since the new sand was put in. Pace of play was excellent. Staff not very friendly except in the restaurant where they were great. First time to play there. Not sure I will be back. Indian Canyons South is $4 more and much better conditions.

You cant beat it, 2 drinks and a meal with golf is just what one needs for a perfect day! The course is perfect for scratch golfers, or those beginners who want to improve their game!

Wow ... Legends course has a little bit of everything. But even before you tee off, you're shocked into reality when you drive up and find yourself outside the USS Arizona memorial - which is actually in Pearl harbour thousands of miles away. It's a rather sobering experience when you realize it must have been the same Hawaiian architect (via Austria - a Mr Preis) that designed this same clubhouse in the early 60's. Once inside, there is a great breakfast / lunch / green fee / cart / 2 drink deal that blew my mind ! For those booking a tee time before 1:00 pm, you get buffet breakfast ... and lunch ... and two drinks (each) , in addition to cart and green fees for approx $60 USD. Optimal situation is to book for 0900 tee time ... have breakfast at 0800 ... then lunch and drinks when you finish. Or sign for the drinks and take them with you as you play. At this point I haven't even hit a ball and everything is coming up roses ... then things get interesting. If you're playing after 2:00 pm (twilight start when I was there a week ago), you can expect back up's - that's because you can get on for as little as $20 bucks ... 20 BUCKS ! The course crosses or plays through the 'wash' 5 or 6 times, and the 1st and 10th hole blind shots (at golfers on the other side of the respective berm) don't help ...but the place is a keeper. Don't get me wrong ... the sand can drive you crazy (especially with significant lips that can leave a person - i.e. me - 'trapped'), but the greens are in great shape and are a good test. Expect many 3 puts ... and frustration ... but remember you've got a meal in your gut and another coming. Well worth checking it out ... and remember to salute !

Extra rain ruined the sand traps on the Resort Course Fairways and greens well cared for. Clubhouse is excellent! Plenty TV's, nice patio, and cool eating area. The play fees are always reasonable and usually include drinks and food. Great value.

Fantastic deal on a round of golf, rental clubs, cart, and 2 free drinks! Greens were in great shape, some bare spots on the fairways, but overall well groomed. Throw in the views of mountains all around and it's all good.

A stunning golf course, in beautiful condition, but a day ruined by slow play. Over five and a half hours to play a 6000yd course, on buggies. Ridiculous. And when you've paid around $70 for the privilege? Not a single marshall out there pushing things along. So disappointed, would have doubts about coming back.

This golf course is as they state.... An all inclusive. What that means is you get your golf, cart, buffet breakfast, 2 alcoholic drinks aaaaaand a buffet lunch. You will not be needing to eat the rest of the day after golfing here. This is the best deal in the valley. And that's all the time, not just during the low season. And if you're a desert resident, it's even better. However the price is awesome regardless. Staff are great. Especially the girls that work the breakfast/lunch area and bar. They are constantly cleaning and ready to get you whatever you need. Because they work so hard, make sure you tip them!! Don't be cheap. Now that you've heard the good, here's the bad. If you're used to golfing quickly, that won't happen here. Plan on being out at least 4 1/2 hours. There are 2 courses here and they are night and day different. Way more money and effort is spent on the resort course. It is however an out and back course. The other course is a bit more of a cow pasture but still playable. If my review was helpful, please give it a thumbs up.

Great staff, helpful and courteous. Nice practice area. With 36 holes they always have enough room to find a player a way out.If I lived in the desert this would be my daily grind..

Love these courses and the people who run it with exception to a couple cart guys who have a bad attitude. I went out to play golf in the late evening as it is my favorite time to play since it's a bit cooler and you get to watch a great sunset behind Mt San Jacinto. Anyway, I went in the pro shop around 6:30 pm and was told by Aramus that they are no longer sending people out to play golf since it was so late in the day. I pleaded with him and finally he let me go (as I was a single}. I teeded off around 6:45 and had a great round on an empty course and was able to finish nine holes before dark. Great customer service and a great track. Very much appreciated.

Despite the Valentines day 100 year event the Golf Courae is a relaxing stress free affordable and challenging course.. I ja e been providing volunteer security and basic EMS support if needed. There is a wonderful staff and club house where you may meet other guests friends and golfers.

One of the best values for golf in the valley. Legend course is 'old school ' but the Resort is a good track. Breakfast and lunch deal can't be beat!

Golf course is rough. Divots on the greens badly. Fairways it's rough to get a good lie and the greens have many cops that have been used and they're not flush with the with the green

I played the 'legends' course. The other 18 is closed due to flooding. Every hole is straight and the greens are flat and tiny for the most part. They roll really good though. It's a really boring course but a decent value. I paid $69 and was supposed to get a free breakfast and lunch plus a sleeve of balls. Well, the very snotty and rude girl behind the desk informed me that any round booked thru 'Tee off' or 'Golf now' does NOT get the comps. I could tell she was more than happy to blow me off (stupid tourist). HEY ! IF YA DON'T LIKE TOURISTS work somewhere else !! Overall distasteful experience for me. Will not be golfing here again.

Very nice course...plush fairways and tee boxes....fuzzy dry greens and today very slow due to an amateur qualifying tournament but, it is seeding season so half the courses down here are closed all month. I would come back in a heart beat. Anytime!
