I lived at Fort Irwin for four years and heard all the horror stories about military housing during that time. I am thrilled to say that I never had a bad experience like that with housing at Irwin. I was very nervous for my move out inspection because of the bad things other people have said about theirs, but mine went better than I could have imagined. The inspector we had, Lia, actually made the experience LESS stressful for me, totally lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders, and there were no surprise charges. I also noticed that some of the houses on post are getting a facelift with new exterior paint colors and fences. They look great!! I do think that the housing staff at Fort Irwin are trying to make life better for those who live there. They do an extraordinary job.

Just moved here to Fort Irwin and absolutely love Jessica Malone!!! She worked with us from the beginning and has been so helpful with everything. We love our house and we are extremely satisfied with the service she has provided us.
