The resort lied about our reservation & service was very poor

Came for an event and loved it. The area is nice and secluded. Very peaceful and tranquil. Staff is sweet but volunteers for event not so much.Tried the Sole water which was amazing. Wish the fettuccine sauce was more of a thick cheese sauce than a thin butter sauce.Overall this is a nice getaway hidden in the back of El Cajon.
