Amazing Golf Course

This place is super nice to stay at theres a lot of things you can do on the apartment campus. The staff are amazingly kind and nice and whenever you need help theyre always there!!

Do not waste your time. The tour consisted of showing us a cheaply built and decorated demo apartment. No pool, no mailboxes, no tanning room, no common area. Guide did not know what they were doing and came across as rushed and uninterested. Will definitely be looking elsewhere.

My mom recently moved in and while maintenance has been on top of fixing things left broken by previous tenants, the front reception workers have been nothing short of rude. Were much nicer before we signed a lease. Please hire new front desk receptionists as this does not seem to be the first complaint...

We just moved here about 2 months ago or so from Colorado! It's a big difference I was scared of not feeling like I'm at home and these apartments made it very easy for me to feel comfortable, the maintenance is very on point with repairs I had reported an annoying sound so small i was expecting it to not go away for atleast a week (older aparentments we lived in never fixed anything we went without electricity the whole time we lived there) the maintence fixed it the same day as I sent it! The only bad thing is the trash never gets taken out in time but eh it's so small there is more good about these apartments then bad and even the bad it's just the trash that's it! These apartments are so nice so quite and every neighbor is nice I'm almost thrown off when everyone says hi to you, I haven't talked to the ladies in the leasing office but they always seem so happy I think one women there is from Colorado and she is so sweet and understanding we went there to the pool and I unfortunately didn't have a mask she very nicely asked to just cover me and my son's face, I'm use to leasing offices being really rude and mean but no the one interaction I had with them they were nice. Like overly nice haha we are definitely making this our home for awhile. Thank you longhills!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just going to simplify this because this place is awful in so many aspects.PROS: 1. Neighbors were friendly. 2. No crime. (That we experienced.)3. The maintenance guys are friendly, and always seemed to be busy. 4. All major appliances included.CONS: Far outweigh the Pros by a long shot.Watch how many people move in and out of this place it's insane.1. Management is lazy, horrible.2. Unclean in walk ways, like they don't clean it.3. Built poorly, walk out on the deck and look up and look around the base boards, have them show you another apartment just not the demo, you will clearly see what i'm talking about, they cut so many corners.4. They do not know how to show you any of the amenities, their idea of a tour is to take you to their set up demo apartments, that's it. 5. No Play area, even though there's tons of kids here.6. Fax machine is always broke but sure free to use. Laughable. 7. You have to sign in to go into the pool what kind of garbage is that? 8. Cost of losing a key is stupid high.9. Everything has to be done online, yet makes you wonder why are their people even up front? 10. People speeding through the parking lot, and no one does anything about it, and when i mean speed, the speed limit is 10, they are running 30 mile an hour which may not seem like a lot but just stand over by the mail box area for about 5 minutes, you will see.11. Sometimes people just leave garbage laying around, not the facilities fault, but a con never the less.12. Dog poop isn't picked up properly, yet facility has poop bags out and about, again not the facilities fault, but yet a con.13. Cheap appliances, they could do a bit better for the price of apartments offered. 14. NO PANTRY15. Cabinet space.READ THE LEASE.LAZY, BAD MANAGEMENT, COULDN'T DO SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS WRITE IN THE MONTHLY LETTER THE POOL CLOSING DATE, THEN THEY CAN'T UNDERSTAND TO PRINT OUT A PAPER STATING POOL IS CLOSED, AND PUT SOME TAPE ON IT, YET THEY WILL STILL CONTINUE TO CLEAN THE POOL. The management or people that show you the demo apartment can't even, show you where the mailboxes are, about the pool, tanning beds, exercise room, you are all on your own, they don't take you on a mini tour so to speak, how lazy is that. Yet they sure want the money on the 1st of the month.They will do anything to eat up your full deposit and make excuses, they told us there were carpet stains i said where they said underneath, uhm really can i see pictures of supposed stains? No, those are for office use only. Oh, really so i should just take their word for a stain that doesn't show up, which there were never any stains. Lindsay Management is complete and utter garage. Do not stay in any of their properties, you will regret it, should have learned the first time, older and wiser now, go to the other companies, better experience all sound. Everyone i met that stayed in these complain.
