This is a great course to play in the west valley. Most of the time, its in better condition than other courses and more affordable. Just wish the round included range balls.

They clearly have a blatant disregard for the current social distancing orders. The mayor of Litchfield Park has clearly stated only one person per cart and yet they are telling people to share. Even if you don't care about the order yourself, it is this type of action that could cause authorities to force golf courses to close altogether. They're closed in other states. Golf is a great outlet in these days of 'stay at home' orders. I hope golf courses like this don't ruin it for all of us.

The course was overall a pretty fun course, well at least the front nine. We were two pairs, my father in-law and myself kept our pace well and the ladies played best ball so they also had a good pace. We unfortunately had to wait on every tee and at hole 5 we were waiting on two groups a head of us. The Marshall told us they were behind at least 20 minutes, mind you it was a Saturday and it was a long weekend but it sounds like they just might have over booked, wish I could have played the back nine but unfortunately my father in law, who might I add plays this course a lot, did not have the patience to wait 20 mins at every hole. My suggestion to the owner/partners who own this course would be to manage your time slots better. Id give this course another chance if Im in the area again, hopefully I can play the back nine next visit. Maybe next time it will be a four star event heck hopefully a five star on if they put a little money into the club house. Cheers.

This has been a favorite course of ours to play over the years. They were closing the course the following day and it showed that they had stopped taking care of it. Rodents were digging up holes in the greens. Reminded all of us of Caddy Shack. Sad to see this course close.

Unfriendly pro shop staff. Bad carts. No Marshall. Course was in poor shape....tee boxes, rough, fairways. The greens were okay. Very slow. The only bright spot was the snack bar girl. Loud noise from the jets, but it gave us something to look at while we waited. We will not play it again.

This was an absolute first experience for me at any golf course/customer service based business.An absolutely packed Saturday, and obviously they didnt have the staff to keep the pace going. On hole 6, we were the 3rd group waiting in the tee, a par 3. It was 18 minutes between arrival and when we finally teed off. Finished the hole in 7 minutes. We were now 2:01 into our round. FINALLY we see a staff member, and the nice retired lady playing with us suggested we go complain at this pace, (6:30 round in our sights) the guy said go talk to Barry. The 4 of us did, and Barry (manager?) did nothing. Said it should pick up. At the 7 tee, we then got accused by the initial staffer of being the slow ones. And said we had to speed up. I definitely kind of lost it. He sped up to beat me back to the club house to let Barry know I was comin. And I was comin. Barry suggested I leave after I let him know how disrespectful his employee handled this. To be fair, I was definitely visibly and audibly angry, however. This is not now that situation was handled. I see the management looks and these and comments. Feel free to reach out if you wanna hear more. But this dump will never be getting any of my money again.

They are working hard at getting this course back in shape. That is why I gave it a 4 star rating. Hoping by next fall it is a 4! I do like the layout of the course. The new management seem like great people.

Falcon is coming around. If you have played this course much, you would recognize the efforts being made to clean out weeds, and trim up allot of trees. This place could really use a clubhouse though.

No liquor, no drink cart. You can get beer. Greens were really dry...sand traps were cement like. If you weren't in the fairway you were searching for balls. Don't bother.

We had a time of 11:30 on Tuesday and the ladies decided to play 9 holes because of the hot weather while the men wanted to play 18. We paid $26 for 9 and $29 for 18. After having played the ladies decided to add another 9 holes went back to the club house and wanted to pay the $3 difference (being honest) but were told that it would cost another $20 per round per person. Needless to say they did not buy the lunch and drink and did not play and went home.It sounds management is not interested in customer service. Very sad

I visited the course last spring, and over the past 6 months, what a great improvement. This course is an everyday course that you can enjoy from multiple tees. And, go see teaching pro Jimmy Pearson for lessons. His knowledge of the golf swing and the game is a 10+ .

Inexpensive course, in great condition. Worth the price. Watch Air Force F35s and F16s buzz around during the week. Luke AFB is next door.

Ok, so I read most of these reviews before calling and booking a tee time. My buddy had just gone the week before and kept telling me we needed to try this course. I haven't played here in over 10 years and man has it gotten better. Staff was very nice. Fairways are nice. Tee boxes were nice. Greens were mostly good to fair. Traps need some work but better than I keep reading on these reviews. Course I thought was forgiving. Overall, for the price and experience I had today, I had a great time. Oh and not sure why but no jets flying over either. I'll definitely be coming back. In case your wondering, I came on a Saturday morning, 600am , shot a 40 front 9, 47 back 9.

Had a 2:15 tee time, and waited every hole. Finished the front nine at 5:30. Yes, they had a tournament in front of us, but pace was unbearable at over 3 hours. We were unable to play the back nine because we had an commitment at 7pm. Course was unwilling to give us a rain check for the back nine, so we were just out the rest of the money. I will not golf here again. I will say the that the greens and fairways were in decent shape, the sand traps were horrible. Staff was friendly, but since I did not get what I paid for, I will not play here again.

It's sad what this course has become. Played it yesterday and could not believe the conditions. The Fairways were in decent enough shape, but if your tee shot missed the fairway, it was a lost ball. The rough had not been cut in quite some time and with the recent rains that we've had, it's caused it to grow quite high.The condition of the traps was horrendous with most of them having grass growing into them and no defined edges. The grass on the tee box was also quite high making it difficult to tee the ball down for the par 3's and on the par 4's where one might want to hit a fairway wood instead of the driver.When I finished playing, I talked to the gentleman working the pro shop and just discussed the condition of the course. He stated that they had two people walk off the job, and that was the reason for it. I'm going to apologize in advance here, but that would indicate that the course had fallen into disrepair only recently. This has been a spiral downward over the past couple of years. Sad as the layout is quite good, the scenery when the planes re flying is spectacular and it can be a great golf course. Needs to be sold to a group that has some capital though to do that.

They just raised their rates to make it unacceptable to play there. It was a great $24 course, but at $37 I can play elsewhere and a lot nicer course. Too bad.

I recommend The Falcon Golf course highly! We (our foursome, my GREAT FRIENDS) have played this course at least 200 times over the past 15 years. It is the course you should give a try. The course is long using the back tees. As the years have gone by we have now advanced to the forward tees.It is a course that gives every golfer the opportunity to enjoy their round no matter what their handicap! The price is Always a very good value. If you are looking for a Country Club type of course, this is not for you. If you are looking for a course that you want to have fun with your friends this is it.
