Customer service at the hotel desk needs improvement. You have one of the most RUDE employees Ive ever encountered here. If someone has in issue with their reservation, you definitely dont try and place blame on the customer. Customer service 101. I wish I had told my parents to check reviews before staying at this overpriced dump also. Im not the only one who had had issues here.
