I will start by saying that I would never expect wonderful Summer conditions anywhere especially after aeration. I also play about once a week at different courses in the valley so they are my measuring stick. That being said, I have played here about 5 times in the last 3 years and this course is in awful condition. Fairways were in the worse shape I've seen from any course this year. 30 to 40% of them were bare and sandy. It also clearly has not been maintained very well in the last few months. Palm tree droppings and debris everywhere. Regardless of aeration there should still be decent grass in the fairways. There was not. I will not be coming back to this course I once liked due to these poor conditions. This course should not be ghetto especially since it is in Fountain Hills and I drove 40 minutes to get here.

Course was in a little bit shabby shape. But the price was cheaper than expected as well. Would have liked to been advised that they just aerated. But the service in and out of the club house was great! Had a fun day

Nice course with some views. Irons only driving range, but they give you range balls for free.

Course was in great shape - greens were very good and fairways as well. Only issue was sand level in traps was almost nonexistent. Food was good after round.
