Great place ..spent 2 weeks renting, then spent 2 months there later on in the year ..now looking forward to spending 4 months there this year and next year..great park very friendly. I would like to buy there however there are places in Yuma much cheaper .. i guess it is all about location..lots to do there can be as busy as You want to or just take time to relax..I look forward to ging again
