Unkempt fairways and greens. Caught staff looking through one of our bags prior to tee time. Roughly 50% of the cart paths are missing and the parts that are existent are hardly intact. Paid $38 for 18 and a cart whereas I could drive 10 more minutes and pay $42 for 18 and a cart at a RTJ course. Terrible value for your dollar. Rocky/muddy irrigation tracks that run through most of the fairways and just outside of the greens. Balls were literally bouncing on some greens due to how patchy they were. Would not be as much of a concern if you were paying $10-$15 but for what youre getting here, you are getting ripped.

Good layout, in decent shape for a budget course. Don't expect an RTJ level course, and you'll be fine.Update 6/1/2020. Course is in poor condition. Looks like they are trying to make renovations. I'd give it a year and see if it gets any better.
